Can you explain how?
I'm trying to adjust mine, I think the outer bolt (near the fender side) does the up and down, but want to be sure
When I installed them, they were pointing to the ground, now they are way too up; but once finished, I'm sure they will be great
I really like mine (got them on ebay) with HID they perform better than stock with HID, Of course a retro would be better, but they are good, for the price, etc
And I was afraid I wouldn't like the halos (ricer, etc) but they look great!
