Maybe I will run the stock fog wiring to the halos or will that pull too much also?

I don't know very much about the halos, but I believe they use LEDs to light them. As long as the LED is for 12v (Some are not) then you should be fine. The stock fogs are run in parallel and each bulb is about 30w if I am not mistaken, so you could run up to 60w from the feed and maintain the stock load on the multi-function switch. I don't know of a LED that is more than about 4w so you are probably fine.

If the halos are lit using some other bulb (Like the kind used for side markers) you should be fine because I believe they are around 5w or so.
