Put an SS/TC with a tune up against an SRT-4 with a DSP 93 performance tune and that will be a fair race.
Otherwise this comparison has no validity whatsoever. Of course a modded Cobalt will be faster than a stock SRT, you had to waste money on a dyno and record a video to figure that out?
