The SRT-10 Ram has always disappointed me stock, in terms of the performance numbers, but then as I understood it, wasn't it problems matching the power to the transmission that created all the issues with the vehicle? No surprise it opens up quite a bit, I always expected better numbers than a 0-60 in 5 flat.

Yeah I know the awd is why the jeep feels the quickest. I have raced everyone one of the SRT vehicles and what you say is correct about the SRT-8 cars catching up in the 1/4. You are also correct in your comment about the transmission on the ram. We have had issues with it for quite some time. It has synchro issues on full throttle track runs. It works great around town, but struggles at the track. The stock clutch also seems to have trouble when the truck is modded. Many of the fellow srt ram owners have complained about the lack of ability of the transmission. The truck is simply a blast to drive with basic bolts on though.
