I'm pretty sure it's disconnects. The first few days I got the game they were cheesing wins in ranked so bad that I'd back out to the desktop just to be a dick.. But, I guess it fucked my ranking in the end.
I typically don't backout, but these guys would raise my blood pressure enough it was almost Incredible Hulk time...
