I agree that you will not need a return line with those mods. Actually you will be running rich as it is. When I was running those mods with stage 2 injectors and stock fuel pressure, I was pulling 15% and it was still on the rich side.
If it makes you feel better you can do the fuel pump rewire, that might make tuning more consistant.
