Personally I lost faith in the zetec,duratec line because of the lack of quality ford builds into their motors, personally i think they have a "Make sure it breaks down" business model. Im swapping the 2.0 for a k20a honda motor, its worth th hassle to fab up brackets and do the wiring. Ive had so many things go wrong with those motors, and i babyed it.
I actaully had no problems, for nearly 100k miles and it was boosted, I now am replacing it with a 2.5l V6, in the focus I own.
