12s for a DD is respectable but I wouldn't say it's "fast". I've had my Lightning for 3 years and I love it. Keeping it stock until I can get something else to drive but 12s is not going to be a problem to get into reliablely with this truck. BUT...even though they are beasts they are not as bullet proof as the 03/04 Cobras and teh GT500s. Do some reading up onsvtperformance.com and
