As far as stress concentration analysis around the pin is concerned, the one with only 1 oil hole will be much stronger than the one with two. I don't know about the rest of the rod, but around the pin it will be stronger.

The rod with 2 oil holes puts them right in the middle of a very high stress point in the rod. VERY BAD! Mopar Performance has recomended against putting pin oil hols in this location on the rod for at least 40 years.

With a constant spray of cool oil, I seriously doubt the pin will be lacking oil without an oil hole. Most engines don't have piston oil squirters so aftermarket rod manufactures simple put pin oil holes in all thier rods.
