All the other supplements are crap, but whey protein is a must. I went from 6'2" and 154lbs to 6'2" and 198lbs in one year from doing a bulk routine and taking whey protein. Without the protein I don't believe I would have bulked up as fast.

In 10th grade I was 130lbs and 5'10" benching 125lbs 1rep, military pressing 85lbs 7reps and squatting 225lbs 5 rep. After using EAS Betagen the same time the following summer I was 215lbs benching 300lbs 1rep, military pressing 215lbs 7reps and squatting 465lbs 5 reps.
Weight tests were in August and lacrosse season ended in June. After lacrosse I'd weigh 180-185lbs and lose about 50lbs in from my lifting test weights. Some of the gains from June to August can be attributed to muscle memory, but the gains were legit and a direct result from the Betagen.
