You can pass. All they do is plug in and look for codes. Pay a dealership to match the skim in the PCM to the car and you will pass. We have had a S2 and a S3 already pass....
Cat? Resonator? Straight Pipe? If the car is really loud and poppy they MAY do a visual inspection for a cat... However since KingJ passed with pretty much just a dump you should be fine.
