if the injectors are stuck open then you will have to get new ones.
your in limp mode, pcm is dumping fuel causing the engine to break up above 2500 rpm. thats why you have the strong smell of fuel. the aftermarket intakes sometimes whack the cam sensor because they are alot bigger than the stock intake. when this happens it fux up the cam sensor. i can't believe you have no codes though.
you may still want to do what i said earlier and check the injectors to make sure there isn't one stuck open.
