It's my understanding that the intake mark should be 1/2 a tooth above the exhaust?? That's how I have mine and it runs, it's just got a nasty lob to it.. So who knows.. Maybe it's just a bit too much.

According to the service manual that I just looked at the marks should line up.. UGH looks like I'm going in again.. :/
