you know what really gets to you is when you have a friend help you with the belt and he sets the intake cam 1 tooth above the exhaust. about 7 degrees. so when my car starts its loping really hard then i see its that far off so i have to take off that bracket again and raise the motor to adjust the timing belt again. i did that head how to to make it easier on everyone. i plan on trying to put a video on setting the proper timing
LOL i dont mean to laugh but thats pretty funny. I'm sure it wasnt funny then but now I bet you give him lots of bs about it. I'll try to get the best pics and angles of the proper timimg as I can so we can have a how to so those looking for it would feel a little more comfortable about the job ahead of them. Just having your input and everyone elses ive been able to attack with no hesitation. A timing Video though, I'm sure will be much appreciated.
