Looks like the next option above the turbo you have listed is the BW-SS366-40R. It comes with a 66mm inducer & 91mm exducer rated at 82lb/min flow. It can also be converted to twin scroll applications
I wonder how much more laggy this one would be over the one you have on your car now? Looks like the model you have on the car comes with a 62mm inducer & 88mm exducer rated at ~75lb/min. I in a way understand the flow rates, but I suppose until the turbo is on the car you cant tell what spool will be like.
