What size is it? If it's still a small "big" turbo you may be able to get away with keeping it on. Your best bet would be to jack the motor up until it's TOUCHING the firewall then see if you can get to all the mount bracket bolts. If you need additional height, just remove it.

Aftermarket O2 housings are easy to remove, as are the 4 bolts that hold the aftermarket turbo to the manifold. You do not need to remove the turbo from behind the motor. Simple unbolt it from the manifold and set it down near where the CAI comes into the turbo and that way you can retain your oil feed line(s) and still have enough room to jack it up.
