What your probably going to want to do is go to a dealership and finance the car... If you can strike a deal for the amount of money you want to pay, agree and an interest rate (you'll need really good credit if your not co-signing), and get an accurate quote for insurance.. then thats when your going to want to budget things out..
For me.. i got a killer interest rate for my age and credit history...but i also co-signed with my parents... however, i am the one that pays for it and for its insurance...
I got on a very long plan to be able to make my monthly payments really cheap... (5 year @ $140 a month and i had a 5k down payment on a $12k loan) Insurance i pay is going to be a bit different for you... I ((at the moment)..just got a few tickets the other day

) only pay $160 a month for insurance... so pretty much 300 bucks a month for my car...
You have to do research on your own.. coming here really isnt going to give you a definate answer of whether you can afford the car or not.. It really depends on you and all of those contributing factors
