Leaded gas will shorten the lifespan of O2 sensors (compared to regular gas). That being said, depending on the age of the sensor, and how often you run leaded race gas, the sensor might be at the end of its life.

If this is the first time you have run race gas and the sensor is fairly new, chances are the sensor is fine.
