GM has said 3700 - 3900 lbs weight (compared to the 4150 lbs of the Challenger). I believe this was in the latest Car & Driver.

There's also a first-drive article of the V-6 up on C&D and they have favorable reviews of it compared to the Challenger.
Edit: Motor Trend is saying the V-6 runs a 14.2 1/4 mile. Pretty impressive.
