I did mine and tightened till the wheel was dragging. Backed off so the wheel spun freely again. With the tire still off the ground, I pulled on the parking brake to make sure both wheels were engaging. However, after I release the brake, both wheels were still difficult to turn as if it did not fully disengage. I loosened and repeated. Same results. Anybody have ideas or should I just not engage the parking brake with the tires off the ground?
