Default Gauge Cluster Help

Okay first, I'm a first time poster, and a new SRT 4 owner (upgraded from a 2005 neon SXT). So thanks for having me.
Now, on to the problem.
I've been a big fan of visual mods and want to start in the spot I look at most, the gauge cluster.

Does anyone know how I can get or program an opening/closing ceremony to my gauges (the type where you turn the power on/off the gauges bounce back and forth from one end of the tacho/speedo/other)?
Is it even possible?

You all have been doing this longer than me, so I figured I would start here.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thank you again.
