all i have to say to the OP is that in the racing community those who have been around for decades know that Dodge always puts out some form of competitive FWD compact car. In the 80s it was the Omni/Horizon, in the 90s the 1st gen Neon and for the 00s they brought forth the 2nd gen neon which spawned the SRT4....
facts speak louder than words, now comparing a WRC Subaru WRX Sti to SCCA Pro Rally SRT4 isnt quite apples to apples as the FIA has very different specifications/regulations than the SCCA. Not to mention a Pro Rally SRT4 would set you back almost an 8th of what a WRC preppred Sti would
