My brother put Nitto 555's on his Evo and had them filled with Nitrogen. His original Advans (as well as the ones on my Evo) went REALLY fast due to underinflation from the factory.
He's had the tires for like 7-8 months and can't really tell too much of a difference. They haven't lost any air (judging from a naked eye glance) and the tires ride a lot quieter. But that is more due to the change in the tire itself I believe.
Also I want to point out that the car has 7500 miles on it and he's owned it new since March 2006. So thorough road testing will probably not happen with this car. I guess take that information for what it is.
