Ok, I again had the rotors turned (last time tech said) and the noise is not as loud but still there.
On a side note: this noise only happens during slow deceleration and braking. (ex. when coming to a stop light). It does not happen in reverse. I do have a slight squeal from around 5-15 mph but turns into this grinding upon light brake pedal pressure. I am ready to replace the entire rt.front suspension at this time.

Went back to stock, got bit again by that damn bug, going bigger turbo.. funny how this happens!! I feel all tingly inside again.
