Carbon Works, a vendor that is no more, used to make the CF Crosshairs. I believe the only way for you to get them would be to buy them off of someone who got them from him. He was also the maker of the ELW spoiler (see Whyconform's car), the ELW lip (until CBD made one), and a few other CF pieces.
