Only by a-holes too stupid and immature to take it to the track. Those same types also then wonder why for some strange reason the cops give them a hard time and show up at meets (hmm... wonder if posting the videos on YouTube and on
public forums has anything to do with that) and why so many things suck for real racers in California who do bother to keep it safe at legal events.
