Do you have the factory service manual? You want to get this either in hard copy or downloaded from the net in PDF format. In PDF format searching is quicker and you can just print out what you need if while working on the car. I have seen posts on the forum here where the manual can be downloaded.
In the manual the description is roughly, unmount the slave from the transmission bell housing (still connected to the clutch master) slowly push in the rod and release by hand 50 times, do it a 100 times to be sure of no air.
Its worth it to get the manual as if you do any other work on the car most of the questions and answers are covered in there............lots of info from not found on here the forum.
