Nope. The original thought was that it was tip voltage, but it's not. The throttle is what you use to request torque, the more throttle you give it, the more torque you want. Pushing the gas pedal all the way to the floor will only get you approx. 2.8 volts on the TPS signal, that's why there are no rows after that voltage. You can't ask for more torque than you are asking for at WOT. The lower voltage rows are "part throttle" rows. Less throttle means you want less torque. I guess this should of been in the explination on the wiki but it can always be added.
