That's pretty safe. You are not really pushing that turbo hard, so as long as you can monitor knock and it's good, let it ride. When you add more boost and are starting to get into the high boost regions(this is subjective I know), I would get down into the mid 11s AFR-wise.
ooh yea i am that why im taking it to get the FRL put in b/c i cant get no more boost without it and my motor is running retarded but pulls hard as hell tho so i cant wait to retune with the FRL kit. at about 24ish psi
