Default dealer problem?

I'v been having some issues with my car

1. Loud creaking noise when hitting small bumps from front struts.
2. Breaks noise when breaking at any speed.
3. Car starts very hard when left alone for longer then a day, idle is hard.

Took it in, and here is the verdict.

1. They replaced both front control arms
2. Breaks were fine, still have 7-8mm left on them (i had to pay $44 for them to even look at the breaks)
3. Fuel pump was bad, and also i had bad spark plug. (i had to pay for the spark plugs)

Now, days later. My car STILL has all these same problems. Not one is fixed.
Im so made about paying for the breaks and they still make so much noise its painful to hear.

What should i do? Seems like these guys dont know what they are doing. Should i go ask for my money back for the breaks and shit cause of all this crap?
