-edit- I was trying to be nice, but I guess feelings aren't mutual, good luck getting money from "virtual paypal bank" if it was in a "virtual paypal bank" which I think he means his balance, he can send it anytime. eg. right now? He says he can't send it cuz his work PC can't goto paypal.com...so unless he sleeps at work, then he's at home right now, meaning he could have sent it as soon as he got home unless he doesn't have a PC or internet...in which case how is he going to send it at all, so whats the deal?
