yeah, that's it. Shouldn't take more than 3-4 hrs to put together with hand tools. If you have a 17mm open end wrench it'll go quicker because you can get that up in the frame rails to hold the nut while you tighten the bolt. an air ratchet would also save a ton of time. I bet I could do one in 2 hrs at most if I had those handy (a lot of my tools were at my old place at the time, and still are
