Regardless if I bought from them or a vendor...it's still their product, they are still the ones that put the kit together and shipped it out, so it's not like I bought some inferior product because I didn't buy direct from them
I think you might be a little confused as to who told you that. I can assure you that no one here told you we didn't have any kits and had no ETA on them. I've known the guys I work with for many years, that's not something they would say.
Either way, you have our kit. Thanks for choosing us as the manufacturer. You do need to realize that your support needs to be handled through the dealer you purchased it through, and not us directly.
