my car's voltage is kind of low as well.
full bolt ons. big turbo. cammed. full fuel system. wideband/safc/avc-r all tapped into my wiring harness.
i see voltage jump anywhere from 12.9-13.6v
and my car has tended to be known as eating fuel w/o issue.
