Adjust the pedal, adjust the cross over cables, and adjust the engine torque strut. Bleed the slave if it was disconnected. These are covered in the factory service manual.

If you still have issues afterwards and you did not install a new fork with the new clutch then order a new fork and yank the tranny back out and install it. Just remember to go though the above adjustments any time the tranny is removed. Any time one of the mounts is removed so it can be upgraded or serviced the upper torque strut adjustment needs to be done.
