in closed loop mode i.e. idle/cruising they should be fluctuating between 14.4-15.2. The actual target the car is trying to get is 14.7, so as long as you stay around that mark you're ok. In WOT situations, on pump gas it's good to stay in the 11.2-11.8 range and you can push it as high as 12.5 on race gas or methanol. I wouldn't venture too much higher than that or you're risking melting down some pistons.
