If you have AGP WG and HKS SSQV you cant use the stock setup. I have the same mods as you and im running this setup. When I stayed conntected to the PCM I got so much PTB and it was pissing me off. So be a man and redo it, and you can remove those shitty colorful vac lines...
I just left the TIP lines, thats red and yellow. S1 doesnt use TIP anyway so its your choice
