I won't mention the E.T., but he trapped 95-ish on the run I saw (and trap speed is a good indicator of power). As I said, it wasn't a real pretty day condition wise.
Interesting, but I am not going to release S3R on that nasty surface until BOTI comes back to town.
Off to Friday Night (read: no sun, cool) Test - N - Tune at Famoso
Already got Friday off, too bad I can't afford to get my 24.5" slicks yet, I'll make do with my 23"s since 11's have been broken on them before by another S3R car similar to mine.
I hope to meet up with two guys to see how I measure up -
A local brotha that tunes Mustangs on the side, has a 347cid LX Hatchback "Street Car"
A local patron of the store I work at has recently finished his '68 Camaro with a 406cid Mighty Mouse, some $$$ CNC ported DART heads and Victor Jr intake CNC matched with Holly DP 750 4150 - ran 11.6 on slicks at Famoso.
Should be interesting, barring any problems, the car is nice and tight, I'll do an oil change before I go and that's it.
I'll run either Motorsport 106 or My W/I with Boost Juice but I kinda need to dial it in again.
Shouldn't get knocked out of HOM....
