Yeah the projector is bolted inside the housing upside down. You need to unscrew the two phillips head screws on either side and turn the projector 180 degrees. That way the beam pattern is proper and the housing fits into the factory bolt holes on the bumper.

I also pushed them forward a bit by using some 1/4" washers (about 6 per bolt) so they didn't look so sunken into the bumper and came out a bit more. Whyconform did something similar to his also, but used a spacer instead of washers.
