Default KR for my car seems wrong

Not sure why i'm getting so much knock, not sure if it's cause of my mods or if there's another problem.
Here's my mods:
Stg 2 w/o toys
Bwoody Motor and Trans mounts
AEM SRI
Modern Performance 3" turbo back
MSD wires
NGK 4306's gapped at about 35
DCR oil mod
DCR 55mm throttle body
AGP Race FMIC
AGP WGA running off the turbo, no boost controller. peaks and holds 15psi.
JMB intercooler pipes

my AEM wideband shows i'm at 10.0-10.2 a/f and my aeroforce gauge shows i'm at 23 for timing and 6.0-7.0 for knock retard.

so, any ideas where i should start? i ordered new plug wires and once i get them in, i'll buy new plugs and put both in. my exhaust is also rattling, it's so heavy it wears out the hanger by the rear tire and it hangs down and vibrates on the rear suspension. so i have to fix that too.
