Okay. I guess that the system suffers from the "straw effect": since you have two injectors, air can enter through the upper nozzle, which allows the liquid to slowly drip from your lower nozzle into the cold side pipe. On single nozzle setups, the checkvalve prevent this from happening, but having two nozzles causes this problem. I would check if you have some liquid in your pipe/intercooler.
