Not sure. JBL stuff is pretty well known to be nasty stuff to work with. They usually do not have good filters like higher end units do. Try to turn the gains up on the amp and unhook the rca's. If you have noise then play with the power/grounds on the amp. If not, you may need to rerun the power or grounds on the headunit. If none of that works then you'll have to buy a ground loop isolator and hope that works.
