I am not comparing Neil's car with yours or with Ben's.

1) Neil was burning Turbo-Dodge E-PROM while you and Ben where in grade school.

2) He has successfully flashed 1st Gen and 2nd Gen Neons without the factory DRB-III tool.

Until I get my own project off the ground with another highly experienced Chrysler TUNING and OEM PCM "Hacker" using SCT's software I would HIGHLY recommend Neil Emiro over ANYBODY but the boy's back at SRT or the Small Car division at Chrysler R&D.

This is because to Ben, the stock PCM is still in Mandarin, while to Neil its in PLAIN OL' ENGLISH.
