Triple checked everything and then did that dreaded job of dropping the tank. Removed the cannister took the cannister apart (holy shit) and discovered that the red and black wires on the walbro had been reversed, either by me or number one son. Assembled it again, started right up. It has never run so well and smoothly, even when it was new. That wiring fix and Walbro and new fpr, have restored my faith. It even seems a helluva lot faster. Thanks again for the suggestions.
