You would think that PTP would care about how he/they looked in the eyes of the srt community, especially in the vendor reviews section. Seeing as how quickly you guys were written off as customers becuase of miscommunication (doesnt matter who's at fualt) makes PTP look like he/they dont care about their customers. From the amount of negative posts made about their customer service, its seems they dont. This would have been the perfect opprotunity for things to change, but instead he makes a politcal move and sends you a refund and tells you to keep the parts and talks shit about wife/dog beating. GO PTP!
Since were on the topic of PTP review's....
FACTS:
I was part of the S3 wga pre order/group buy, that recently ended. It started March 25. There was a 2 week estimate on when they would become available. I recieved mine May 17. This was due to ptp's manufacturer's delay. I didnt send payment until May 11th, which is around when they came available, and got it a week later. No problem with that.
CUSTOMER SERVICE:
In the original "pre order sale" thread, myself and several others had questions regarding the wga, which were for the most part ignored. Once the wga came in they closed the thread, disregarded all the unanswered questions, and opened a new "Group Buy" thread. This was due to "New thread will be started because this is to much for people to digest". I refered back to the original thread about the unanswered questions and was told that those with questions from the last post could ask them here instead. Why then close the thread?
SUMMARY:
The wga doesnt work well on pcm control, but it does a gret job running srtaight off the turbo nipple.
I dont think I'll buy from them again just because of the way you were treaded as a customer. Or shoudl I say X customer. We are afterall what keeps his business running...
Orangeptpgirl was cool though.
