I'm considering removing my AVC-r and letting my EMS control boost on its own now (mainly because i have a hell of a time getting the AVC-r set up to work correctly)
I've been doing some research and stumbled across this:
Perrin Performance - Boost Control Solenoid
Apparently they say its superior to standard boost control solenoids in every way.
I've also found the AEM one, a "mac" one (which is supposed to be identicle to the AEM one), the stocker, and some GM one that alot of Supra guys are using.
Anyone have any input? Or should i just stick with the AVC-r?
How hard is it to tune boost with the EMS?
