To start I would suggest replacing the bolt with a new one if it is bent. Also make sure you are using anti seize on the bolts to help prevent them seizing in the manifold on future removal of the wastegate, turbo, etc.
If you are unable to get proper torque on the bolt that would definitely aid in your leak as well.
