You said you did a boost leak test right? Is the fitting where the blue line use to be capped off? A leak could cause the slow building of boost. You also have a bigger wheel so it will take a little bit longer to spool. Especially at lower boost levels. Check for leaks and turn up the boost. Let us know what happens.
