Default Pump turns on, but no meth?

I noticed on the way to the track tonite that my A/F wasnt dipping. So I get to the track and test it out. Also I have a light in my car that tells me when the pump turns on, and IT DOES TURN ON in boost.

I get to the track, unplug the meth line and run power directly from the battery. Nothing comes out. Then I try again and hold it for 10 seconds and Meth FINALLY came out STRONG. Then when I raced Im pretty sure it didnt turn on.

I filled the tank more than half way earlier today.

On the way home, the meth did shoot because my A/F dipped alot compared to no meth. But it may have been inconsistant. And I have an on/off switch as well.

What could it be? Air from refilling the tank, although there was still meth in there.
