You go ahead and get an issue he can't rectify, that has to do with his shoddy tuning abilities, then see where Kevin stands. I'll tell you where Kevin stands - less and less email conversations, no callbacks on the phone and equally crummy maps following when he does decide to get back to you. Also calculate in the fact that he'll say something mechanically is happening to your car to make the tune not work correctly.

Kevin is great with "My LTFTs are really off and I need them corrected." Or "I'd like some fuel pulled above 4k rpm."
